Ghana Mourns Death of President Mills

By virtue of its zeal for democracy and its implementation of a biometric voter roll, Ghana has been in the biometrics news a lot over the last couple of years.

Sadder news draws our attention to Ghana today.

Ghana's President John Evans Atta-Mills, "The Prof." died last week after a period of illness.
